SAT stands for Scholastic Assessment Test and is required to be taken by students applying to undergraduate courses. Nearly all universities in the USA, Top institutions in Canada, the UK, Australia, Singapore, Germany, and Ivy League schools (such as Harvard, Yale, and Princeton)
​Some universities use SAT scores for merit-based scholarships. Many non-U.S. institutions accept the SAT as a standardized benchmark for international applicants.
SAT is conducted by the College Board and is used by over 4000 educations institutions primarily in the USA and some other leading destinations.
